Welcome to InkShot. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with the following terms:

● Services: All tattoo and piercing services are provided by professional artists following strict hygiene standards. Clients must be at least 18 years old for tattoos and certain piercings (valid ID required).

● Appointments & Payments: A non-refundable deposit may be required to confirm bookings. Full payment is due upon service completion. Rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance.

● Health & Safety: Clients must disclose any medical conditions or allergies before services. InkShot is not responsible for complications arising from undisclosed health issues.

● Aftercare: Proper aftercare is essential. InkShot provides aftercare instructions but is not liable for issues arising from improper care.

● Intellectual Property: All custom tattoo designs remain the intellectual property of InkShot and its artists unless otherwise agreed.

● Liability: While we take all necessary precautions, clients accept all risks associated with tattoos and piercings. InkShot is not liable for allergic reactions, infections, or other complications.

● Changes to Terms: InkShot may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
